Alot of yall seen my photos of my face with a lot of acne and red well yesterday I didnt no fried foods greasy foods or drinked sodas today my skin looks soo much better I didnt use no cleansers or anything this is me with no makeup today looks like all I needed was too eat healthier.

Drink lots of water!! Staying hydrated makes such a different to your skin, and it helped reduce the dark bags under my eyes too :)
