Any suggestions for a good makeup removing face wash, please? I use a cleanser but I also want to wash up with a face wash that removes makeup to be doubly sure.

Philosophy Purity gel cleanser...it states that it removes eye makeup as well. I believe a large tube of it goes for $22 bucks.

Purity is my fav!! I use it for a first wash to remove makeup. Then a treatment wash. Then I've been using witch hazel to tone and it's been amazing!! Really gets off every bit of residue!! I'm super oily and need just short of a jack hammer to get pretty, clear skin!

I noticed you had a previous thread. Get the witch hazel girl!! It's just an extra step after you cleanse that really cleans any thing from cleaner, makeup or oil. It's cheap, it's easy to find and you can use it after your current cleanser. It soothes any minor irritations as well. You will love it. Just get some cotton squares and rub it on after washing and before moisturizer. I have prob skin as well and this works well.

Thanks! Purity it is. I was using one from seacrest the Dead Sea minerals brand. Super expensive.

Mary, I did but I then it disappeared and I cudnt see it anymore so I assumed it never got posted. Do you think I will find Witch hazel at a guardian or watsons? Thanks for the advice. I'll start looking for it immediately

I use Sephora's Triple Action Cleansing water each time I remove make up on myself and models. The product is great for that. If you can, sample it before you purchase. It is worth the money.
