Honestly, all you can do is make sure it's healthy. Cut off your split ends as to prevent further splitting up the shaft, and use a deep conditioner/hot oil mask every once in a while. You could also stop using heat on your hair to retain its health, but if you choose still to use heat, I recommend using a heat protectant. (:

Hair growth depends on genetics & the health of both you & your hair.
drink a lot of water
get trims when necessary
use a leave in conditioner
use hair masks
coconut oil as a strengthening treatment
sulfate free shampoo & conditioner
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant
There are no miracle growth products. just keep it healthy & wait! :)

You have to condition the scalp or else you'll get dry scalp (dandruff). Conditioner is for the hair and scalp. You need it to moisturize the scalp.

Briana, you should not put conditioner on your scalp.
