Drink Green Tea and Lemon in your water, increase your intake of B complex, Vitamin C, Zinc and D, only use 100% cotton pillowcases and cosmetic puffs, change your pillowcase every 3rd day, exfoliate once a week, use paraben free and mineral oil free products and hydrate using a natural oil like Sweet Almond Oil. Diet is factor as is exercise and drinking loads of water. Genetics obviously play a key role, but that's a great start.
