I have no idea what to wear tommorow for St.Patricks day or how to do my hair and makeup, please help! Also it's around 30 degrees where I live.

Green dress with tights and boots

You could also just add a green scarf, headband, or little shamrock earrings to any outfit if you don't want to be so green but still want to acknowledge the holiday.
