Lol I'm american and tea is more my fancy so this works! I wondering does it look bad. And it's okay to be honest that's why I don't really ask friend because they are "you look fine" but it would help me more for honesty.

I agree with the tea bag :)
Also avocado works. I used to make a tea out of it and then out like the peal on my under eye. It works great :) (tea ones are easier to make though lol)
You look gorgeous. It doesn't make a difference at all. It's not bad in any way. :)

Do you consume a lot of sodium (salty/processed foods, soda)? If I splurge too much on some of favorite Puerto Rican dishes I wake up the next morning with the same issue. And you should also sleep with your head slightly elevated as well to reduce fluids from settling there. Its worth a try.

I would use a product that works on puffiness, darkness & fine lines like Lancome GENEFIQUE EYE PEARL. This type of product has a cold steel ball applicator which help with puffiness (based on the cold spoon theory).I really believe that the actual "massaging" action plus the formula of this serum will also help with darkness by helping to drain the excess fluid under the eyes even if you don't even have obvious puffiness. Its also supposed to help with fine lines but doesn't really offer any hydration, so I apply an eye cream after the serum absorbs (about 60 secs) for moisture. Also, if you want to minimize the look of the eye bag, don't apply concealer on the puffy area, only on the semi circle UNDER the bag. The lighter concealer will "bring out" the semi-circle area thus making the puffy area visually recede a bit.
