I have bad eczema on my arms and I use a cream called diprobase and sudocrem it replay helped me. Make sure you keep the area clean and put ice on it to stop irritation. X.

Take fish oil pills! After taking them every day for a while, you will see a huge difference. Trust me!

E45 is great. It is a steroid cream but my brother had severe eczema from a young age and that helped and we also used to make him have baths with oil in it to lock in moisture so his skin wouldn't crack. Unfortunately, there is no real cure. Just try not to scratch and look at whether there are certain products you may use or food you eat that could possibly inflame it.

Like Kiki said, oatmeal can help to calm it a little. You could apply an oatmeal lotion or make little sachets (like teabags) of raw oatmeal and have a soak in the bath with them.
I think Aveeno makes an oatmeal bath product as well if you don't want to bother making them yourself.

Use a natural oil and sleep with the areas wrapped in generic plastic wrap. Exfoliate in your morning shower. Yes, it works. :)
