You don't have to have the same person fix it. Demand for your money back and then take that to get your hair fixed somewhere else.

I agree with Muhkenzie, don't get it redone right away you'll ruin your hair from the over processing of it. Do ask to speak to the owner or manager of the salon though. Good luck!

Am going friday to complain. Hes going to have to redo the highlights. At least the top where is bad. Ugh >.< I hate this. Am sooo pissed. I would always post but nobody ever saw it bad but I knew it was hell. Well, lets see how it goes.

I'd wait at least a couple days, then mayb get a box color dye for brown or something. Till then wear it up mayb and take really good care of it, since you'll prob hafta dye it again. Do a deep conditioning treatment (once a week), maybe a hair mask, dry your hair with a T shirt instead of a towel (cotton is less harsh on hair than Terry cloth) annnnd use Moroccan oil after shower. :) Really hope this helps! Do not box color over it! if you do that and try to highlight it again youre going to have some serious damage. go and ask to speak to a manager or owner of the salon and they will clearly see the problem and ask them to have someone else fix it. just say you really like the salon and don't want to have a bad experience with them. I am sure they will happily fix it. call and ask when that persons day off is and go that day to save you both the awkwardness.

Go in and be really calm and talk to the manager, it looks like he might have done your top foils last and didn't remix his bleach OR his sections were too big and her didn't saturate the hair enough. I wouldn't ask for your money back, just ask for it to be fixed by another stylist. If the other stylist does a great job, don't forget to tip!
I've been the other stylist that had to fix someone else's work. It's hard. More work has to be done to fix highlights, than it is to just do them right in the first place. Worked my butt off trying to give her a wonderful experience and I didn't get anything for my hard work, lol kind of made me angry at the other person that messed up in the first place.
