Firstly I am no professional, but it looks similar to vitiligo (depigmentation of skin)... You may want to see a dermatologist or doctor, as it spreads quickly if it is vitiligo. Dermablend has a story on it about a girl who played volleyball and got it. I will leave the link below

I was thinking that as well sun spots and it sux bcause I don't know how to hide em I can't even conceal them there visable.
