So my brother's graduation is coming and well I thought maybe a skirt,leggings,flats,and a fancy shirt and will do, and maybe curl my hair (sorry no pic I havent went shopping yet) anyways is that good enough? Thanks!

Yes! I think that's fine. Graduation ceremonies are usually long so you want to be comfortable & I think the outfit will be cute ^.^
