Ipsy is Michelle Phan's Beauty & promotional project. You pay $10 a month (or subscribe annually) and each month you receive four or five deluxe (or full size) samples of beauty products. They are usually themed. So for spring..they did one last year that was "Think Pink". It had a pink lip color. A shadow, cream blush and a small bit of hair product..like hair powder. They include codes to use on a postcard sometimes to get a discount on a product if you liked it. They always come in adorable make up bags. Their website has tutorials for looks using your products as well as reviews and other styles. Usually it us a mix of new products and more popular brands. I loved it, but I just ended up with more make up than I needed.

I'm not sure. They may have limited quantities and stock or...it could just be intentional to amp up anticipation and make people feel more special once they get in. haha I know I was excited to. The quality and variety is very nice, but I just got overwhelmed.
