I think I understood, you mean if the foundation is good enough to protect you from the sun.. depends! if your foundation has spf 20 and above then yes you're good with it, if not, and you live in a sunny country then you must apply sunblocker at first wait 5 mnts till your skin absorbs it amd then apply your foundation. for maximum protection use sunblocker with spf 50.

You can buy foundation that has SPF in it :)
