Keds! I love them :) they are as versatile as Converse of Vans, but are prettier (from my perspective and style). I have 5 pair of them and all have been comfy and easy to match with my clothing :)

I love vans, especially my white ones. Vans shoe soles are a bit more durable because they're skater shoes. Keds are more feminine and are narrower. Either one you choose is good.
