Face wash for redness?

I notice that my nose gets really red and dark spotty everyday. Anything to prevent this? Like a face wash?

Neutrogena acne face wash. The green one is for redness, I used to use it & loved it ;)

Eucerin has a redness relief line that was recommended to me by my dermatologist. It's cheap and works good. Clinique has an even better redness relief line but it's kind of pricey

I agree with Lindsay. I usually use St.ives but neutrogena has an amazing wash for redness that really calmed a lot of my red and pinkness down!
