Try urban outfitters, they have a lot of denim dresses! You can always buy a separate belt to finish the look too! Good luck! It's a very cute dress, and I'm sure you'll look wonderful in it!

You can also buy a chambray shirt ( I think it would look even cuter with 3/4 sleeves, but that's just me) and then add the skirt and belt. That skirt seems almost like a tulle skirt, just not as full and fluffy.
