Is aveeno positively radiant a sunscreen?

Is aveeno positively radiant SPF 30 a sunscreen or can you use it as a facial moisturizer or is it for both (sunscreen and facial moisturizer)? Thank you!

Well if it has SPF it has protection but its advised to wear a sunscreen aswell as this isn't very high, its more a moisturiser but it has a slight protection but I would wear sunscreen incase because you don't wnat to burn!:)
