What type of job, so we can offer appropriate suggestions. What kinds of makeup do you already own? Skin type, skin issues, etc. The more info you provide will enable the more experienced members give more accurate suggestions. Try searching the photos in the photo section on BL too. :)

Use a green color corrector for redness under your foundation. Also maybe a neutral gradient eye with a red lip would look nice and not too flashy.
