I have a lot of clothes that is mot my style or just sitting in my closet because I don't like the way it looks what are some good diy ideas for old shirts sweaters sweatshirts and jeanjackets.

I don't know what you like so I can't say anything specifically but if you check out the YouTube channel ThreadBangers you'll get LOADS of ideas and inspiration. They also rate each diy on a difficulty scale so you know what you're getting into :) I also love diying so if you tell me your style and show me a piece of clothing that you want changed, I can possibly suggest somethin!?

Shirts - Cut up into vest tops or add sequins, lace or beading.
Sweater - Cut the neck on an angle to have an off-the-shoulder comfy top.
Sweatshirts - Cut a few inches off the bottom to make a cropped sweatshirt. You could do this with sweaters too.
Jean jackets - Cut the arms off to have a jean vest and fray at the arms and bottoms, you could also pin studs onto them to make it more grungy.

@anupa am I don't know where its at right now but I bought this blue velvet skirt from the thrift store and it didnt fit how I wanted and I don't have a specific style if something catches my eye which is a lot of things ill wear it :)

@Anupa m. btw if I pull the skirt above my belly button its up to my knees I'm like 5'2 and it has like a pencil skirt cut but it doesn't exactly look like a pencil skirt on me.
