I think this light blonde colour would look beautiful on you! You seem to have darker hair in your display picture so you would need to bleach it, I suggest you go to a salon.

It depends on your hair. Is it Virgin hair or has it got colour in it? Are you experienced with bleach? If not I'd suggest going to a salon to avoid any unnecessary damage to your hair, from my experience you'll need to bleach it, your hair is quite dark so maybe with vol 30, 40 is far too harsh and I've made mistakes using that before. It also depends on which colour blonde you choose to go, with more ashy colours you'll need a dye whereas lighter colours can just be toned.
