I have purple ombré hair and I was wondering how long manic panic lasts?? I use splat now which is good but I'm a swimmer and I swim mornings and nights so I need something long lasting.

Manic panic hairdyes are semi permanent which means that everytime you are in water or wash your hair, it Will fade. I'm not sure if you Can get permanent purple dye maybe try asking a hairdresser, at least I don't know of any permanent crazycolors and I have dyed my hair for 5 years in those colors biw.

Special Effects lasts the longest, especially the darker/brighter colors.
