Hello, I am looking for nail polishes which shine as bright as some top-coat and which are preferably fast drying.

Wet n Wild's "Wild Shine" is very good for that. However, it's a pretty thin formula and chips pretty quickly. If you're not lazy like me though and do your nails pretty frequently, it would work fine. :)

You may be able to find them online somewhere. eBay if nothing else. :)
