Philosphy is pretty good^ :). I really love Clinque Even Better and Makeup Forever Hd. Also try using primers (I love Benefit Porefessionals) and a good moisturizer, I use CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion and Cream

Have you tried BB or CC creams? Or are you looking for full coverage?

If you have dry skin, definitely don't buy anything matte! that will make it look worse, lol. try illuminating foundations, they're really great for people with dry skin c:
also maybe try a hydrating primer?
what might help with your dry skin is exfoliating - or exfoliating more than you are now - & then using a toner to rebalance the pH of your face. if I don't exfoliate once a day & use a toner, I get dry (& oily) patches all over my face :/

Thank you all who responded ^__^ I actually have a matte powder because I love matte finishes but since my skin is dry I'll be on the hunt for something more illuminated
