It says that the pulse points aren't necessarily the best place to spray perfume. Hair is!

Miriam I spritz it in my hair often and it does not make it greasy. The scent lasts longer because of the oil in your hair.

Perfume isn't good for your hair because there's alcohol in perfume that's damaging to the hair shaft. This is a fact.

Also, if you rub Aquaphor (or possibly any other ointment/balm/lotion like it) on your skin wherever you plan on spritzing your perfume or body spray, the scent will adhere to it. And Aquaphor is super hydrating and doesn't dry out quickly so the scent will cling to you all day.

Just a tip! Most fragrances from bath and body works are body sprays not perfume which tend to not last as long. Unless you got their perfumes which come in glass bottles. If you did then spritz on your wrists behind your ears as once on the body. Never spray in your hair because the alcohol in it is damaging for your hair.

The best way is to dab it, don't rub! Put it on your wrist, jawline/neck more towards the back of your head :) sometimes if its not as strong, I spray it near my armpits lol, but basically where ever's warmest, those spots are good cause the heat will make the scent smell more :)

What I've heard is: behind the knees, behind ears, on neck, inside and outs of wrists, inner elbow. :)
