Wanting some help on when to apply eye primer, is it after foundation and before powder or after powder as well?

Do you apply foundation and powder to your eyes? Because if you do, eye primer would be a bit unnecessary.

Well it's on your eyes, so unless you apply foundation and powder on your eyes then you would apply it before everything. I usually do my eye primer first then do my eye makeup then I'll clean up any fallout I have under my eyes. Then I'll apply the rest of my face makeup.

If you didn't use foundation & powder on your eyes, then it would go on whenever you're ready to do your eye makeup :p.

I apply foundation, concealer, powder then eyeshadow primer.
It's more of a preference thing. But I feel it's best to have some type of base for the primer to adhere to.
So I definitely recommend at least applying concealer. The primer should be the top layer if that makes sense.

I tend to do my eyes first, in case of fallout and stuff, so I prime first and then go from there. I never skip primer though, and I use it even when I'm going to be using cream products too, like Mac Paint pots and Mayb. Color tattoos. It's really your preference though. Do what works best for your eyes. I know people who don't even need a primer because their lids aren't that oily.

I have the most oily eyelids and can't find a primer that stops creasing. Any suggestions? I've tried UD primer potion and lorac eye primer.

Mandi, UD PP would be my first suggestion. But if that doesn't work for you try Too Faced Shadow Insurance. It's not my personal favorite, but many people swear by it so it could work for you! I also recommend applying concealer under the eyeshadow primer!
