I just blow dry them as soon as I get out of the shower, all I do is aim it for the back of my head haha and down at the same time if that makes sense. Comes out looking like this. Sorry bad photo haha.

Or I loosely twist my bangs back and pin then and they dry naturally like that.

I have the same issue right now. I use a volumes mousse on my roots and always try and put some around my bangs otherwise they would just lay flat!! I let it air dry mostly and then blow dry upside down for more volume. :)

I blow dry them straight up lol. Or upside down. Like you know how in cartoons the person gets blown with a blowdryer and all there hair sticks straight up? That's how I do it lol. You just have to find out what works for your hair. :)

You could also try curling it with a 1 1/2 or 2 inch barrel. It makes it less straight flat and will give you a little lift.

With a straightener instead of going straight down curve it

You're gorgeous and so is your hair! But I feel you, mine are like that too. I don't want to get them cut again so I just try to use volumi zing products. Buuut you could
-get them cut as a side swept
-straight across (make sure you could pull them off first)
-Try and part your hair differently
-deep part and texturing spray or gel like in pic looks good
