Try the Smashbox Full Exposure palette. It has mattes and shimmers, and it has warm browns, cool browns, grays and blacks. It's a very well rounded palette.

For a cheaper option, for 19.95 you could get the coastal scents revealed palette. It's a dupe for naked 1 and 2 combined for less than half the price of urban decay. All the reviews are fantastic on it and I love costal scents shadows. Very high quality for the price. And stay all day if you use a primer. :)

Have a look at Sleek Make Up Au Naturel palette, just beautiful in my opinion. What I like about their eyeshadows is that even without eye primer colour stays on eyelids without any creases.
