I recently came across a thread from Shelby about a make up challenge. The make up challenge was to either create a look like barbie or be inspired by her looks. After finishing all my assignments I thought I would give this make up look a try! So here it is, how did I go?
Does anybody else have a barbie look? If so, please post it below! I'd love to see everybody's creations!!
Have a lovely Wednesday!
Products i have used are listed below:
Eyes:
Mac’s paint pot in painterly and Presteige’s eyeliner in E30 (Matte White) as a primer and brightener
Smashbox’s full exposure palette: M6, M2, and M4 colours were used in this creation
MAC fluidline in blacktrack to line my eyes, create the cut crease, and fill my eyebrows
The pink eyeshadow is actually a bright pink blush by Illmasqua called morale. This colour was used on the eyes and as a blush.
Face:
Primed with NYX HD studio photogenic primer (green tinged primer)
Napolean Perdis Foundation in Look 4.
Contoured and highlighted with : Illamasqua cream foundation 340, and highlighted with Garnier roller ball, Estee Lauder Double wear concealer in light/medium, Maybelline Ever Fresh concealer in Fair, and Set this all with A translucent powder.
Bronzed my cheek bones and forehead with the Rimmel Natural Bonzer (matte bronzer) in natural I believe.
Blush: Illamasqua Morale
LIPS:
For lips I used a combination of 2 lipsticks..
Illamasqua Fable (baby pink to create a subtle ombre effect. ) and Illmasqua Eurylice (neon pink)
