Okay so recently I started using gel eyeliner and I put it on my eye lid. But, it smears after awhile and it's annoying. Any help or tips to help this problem?

Use a primer beforehand and afterwards use a fluffy crease brush and put some translucent powder on the crease to prevent it from "stamping" itself in there.
