Is it bad to leave conditioner in my hair over Night? ice I've been doing this for a couple weeks now and it always leaves my hair feeling soft and frizz-free but I don't know if its actually good, you know?

Is your hair curly?? I have a friend who does this and then washes it out in the morning. it does wonders for her. just make sure you don't over do it. It might break your hair off. :)

Hmmm yes and no.
Like Jacqlyn said, the heavy conditioners (rinse out kind) aren't meant to be on your hair for long periods of time. Depending on what type you own, it may contain harmful chemicals that aren't meant to be absorbed (like through your scalp into the bloodstream)
However, conditioner is only a coating of the hair shaft to create the illusion of healthier hair. After a while, the conditioner stops doing it's job, and it's just sitting on your hair. Can't really be absorbed constantly (especially the heavy rinse out kind.)
I say, Just get a good leave in conditioner or do hair masks.

If its described as "repairing", "reconstuctive" or "deep conditioning", be careful. Because most of those type of conditioners have proteins in them that can actually make your hair dry & brittle when not used properly or overused. I would look for products made for overnight or look for moisture masks which are less likely to have a lot of proteins in them. Read the ingredient listings & follow directions.
