First of all I don't know if it's just the lighting but it looks like the foundation is too light for you. but for the cakey affect my number 1 save is either going over the foundation lightly with a moist makeup spong or take a tiny bit of your moisturiser and tap it over, especially on the areas where you feel you need to fix it.

Did you let your moisturizer and primer dry before add the next layer?

Blend it out with your fingers or a stippling brush.
