First of all I don't know if it's just the lighting but it looks like the foundation is too light for you. but for the cakey affect my number 1 save is either going over the foundation lightly with a moist makeup spong or take a tiny bit of your moisturiser and tap it over, especially on the areas where you feel you need to fix it.
