Agree with Jacqlyn. I believe bare minerals has a few kits. I was going to get one last time I was at ulta.

Benifit Cosmetics have little tiny sets that include different things in them, not really sure if their basic. However there are a lot of options to choose from when it comes to those little kits. You can look at it on the sephora website. Hope I helped!

I have seen Smashbox offer a few as well.
I say visit a local Sephora or Ulta and browse their kits. I occasionally buy some of the one's by Bareminerals which typically contain shadows, mascara, and lippies. They have some with their foundations as well.

^ I previewed the smashbox kit it's like $29 and I really loved it. The makeup texture was amazing. I bought 2 kits and of course the makeup size is a little smaller but it to me was a great value. Along with bare mineral kits. Bare minerals to me is a little difficult to work with. But that's just me. But they have awesome value kits as well :)

Smash box and bare minerals both make a starter kit. For bare minerals you can get one that either foundation that matches your skin, bronzer, and translucent powder with 3 brushes OR a kit that had lippies and eyeshadow!

I know elf has one that's pretty cheap, but I don't really know how good it is. It would probably e good for starting out, though :)
