How long should I wait between bleaches and dyes?

It depends- on how much the process damaged your hair and on what you do with your hair in between color it bleach sessions. If it caused a lot of damage or if you went for a big change I'd say wait two weeks and try to avoid washing your hair as much as possible. If it didn't hurt your hair too much, then a week should be fine as long as you don't wash it or heat style it very much within that time period. Like Erin said, deep conditioning is really important regardless of the amount of damage you see right away, another thing to consider is the occasional protein and keratin treatments to reconstruct the hair strands, especially after bleaching. I would say about two weeks, and I agree with these ladies that deep conditioning is very important! I did that to my hair after I bleached it a little and I never ended up having any damage, it really worked
