Do you have a picture of your hair curly? There are many types of curly hair and each type kinda has it's own recommendations and rules. Like I have kinky coily curls so my needs are different from a loose curl girl.

I put coconut oil on my hair after I get out of the shower. helps a lot with frizz. I wash my hair up to 3 times a week. my hair doesn't get oily fast. I just wash it when my curls start looking blah lol.

If not here's a basic chart. I have kinky curly hair and wash and deep condition once a week, but I Cowash. I wash with shampoo twice a month.

Once I get out of the shower I put in a leave in comdish, Shea butter mixed with a detangler, an oil mix, run a Denman brush through it in sections, and do a twist style of some sort.

I have natural curly hair. I do leave in
Conditioner so it doesn't dry up. And I wash it about twice a week maybe less

You don't wanna strip the little oils you have by washing it a lot.

I wash my hair once a week. If I wash it more then my hair would be really dry. When you get out of the shower instead of using a towel or a blow dryer to dry your hair, use a white Cotton t-shirt.

You have hair like mine. I have really thick, Shirley Temple-esque curls. I use a sulfate-free shampoo once a week, and since I shower every day, I just throw some conditioner in my hair, wash the rest of me, and then rinse out the conditioner right before I get out of the shower. Then I wrap it in an old cotton T-shirt (don't use your bath towel! It'll create friction and will frizz up your hair in the worst way!), and after letting the T-shirt soak up some of the water for a couple minutes, I throw in a curling cream (you can also use a leave-in conditioner - I use OGX Kukui Oil cream), spray It's A 10 Miracle Leave-In, comb it through, then work in some oil - I use OGX Argan Oil & Shea Butter Weightless Oil. Then I twist sections of my hair around my finger to define my boingy curls. And then I let it sit. I don't blow dry my hair anymore. It takes a couple hours for my hair to dry fully, but the results are worth it. My hair is soft, shiny, and my curls look awesome.

I really didn't do anything...my hair has been like this since I was little. However it hasn't looked this good in a while, not using heat helps a lot :)
