How much volume does your hair grow when you blow dry it?

So yes I do have a ton of thick thick curly hair but my hair grows about a foot out all around when I blow dry it how about you ladies? How much volume do you get whether you just blow dry it or round brush it do you feel like your hair grows? And if so where is most of your volume at?
And by grows I mean like how much volume height and weight do you feel is added
For me it's a lot so much that one of my dear friends can share my hair without an issue

I haven't put a blow drier to my hair in over a year, but when I want to see just how long my hair is or have a longer desired look I band it while wet, let it sit for a few days, and once I remove the bands my hair is friggen huge. The first time I did it I was surprised because I didn't realize I had that much hair on my head.

When I blow dried my hair in high school I definitely got more volume. Just a little though

I tried it once with my recent curly hair and I had to flat iron it to get it to lay down Lol! I kept it for a few hours. The next morning I washed it, I just didn't like it at all!
