I see a lot of 13-19 year olds on here. Anyone 20+? I'm looking for makeup ideas that look professional for grad school interviews, award ceremonies, job interviews, etc. I like a neutral matte eye, but I'd love some new ideas! What kinds of looks do you wear to the office, or interviews? Of course, anyone younger with experience/ideas please chime in! 😊

Yup! I'm nearly 21! two more weeks! Haha
Anyway I would suggest something neutral and timeless, like a slightly defined crease with taupe eyeshadow, and a bit of smudged black eyeliner on your upper lashline. Mascara on top and bottom lashes, a bit of coral blush and lip balm :)
Otherwise, a brown gradient eye would be very appropriate :)

Thank you for respectfully disagreeing with me rather than belittling my opinion. I appreciate it. :) around me, minimal is accepted. I do agree though, it's 2014, times have changed and the work environment has became a little more understanding of individuality. :)

I love a natural look and I love these ideas posted, but also now maybe considering a bolder look! I agree Em that you can do bold eyes or lip, now I'm excited to try something new!

Yeah Em, you're right! I guess the bottom line is that you just wear what you want to wear, as long as you wear it with confidence! I was saying what I would personally wear keeping in mind the thread title. Of course, no offense was taken, and thank you so much for the kind words :)
