I'm extraordinarily pale and can't find the right foundation to match my skin. Everything I try either turns orange or makes me look sick and yellow. Drug store makeup is not an option. The fairest foundation I've found is Mac studio fix in their lightest shade. The issue now is that it is waaaaay too heavy of makeup for me and still a little too dark. I finish my face with Mac compact translucent powder. If there is anything anyone knows of that is better please let me know! :) I'm on the left in the picture lol.

Have you tried Urban Decay's makes skin foundation? It was very pale and didn't really oxidize on me. Tarte Amazonian clay foundation iss pretty good for light too, and doesn't oxidize at all on me.c.

NARS sheer glow in Siberia is white and has a light to medium coverage with a dewy finish. It's good for normal to dry skin. They have another for oily skin. You'll also have to go to a free standing sephora if you want to test it out.

Bobbi Brown's Skin Foundation and YSL's touche eclat are beautiful foudations if you don't want anything heavy. I'm pale myself and find these match really well and I'm not even the palest in the Bobbi Brown.

Hard candy makes this white cream that you mix with foundation to make it lighter! I'll try to find it on the Internet and screenshot it for you.

I've heard that Kat Von D girl makes pale makeup, she's quite pale so I'm sure she has foundation for fair skin

I'm super pale too and I got the sephora foundation in ivory as matches my skin tone perfectly! It's $20 and you can test it out at sephora to see if it matches

I made a thread about this a week or two ago and got a load of suggestions. I can't link it as I'm on my phone but search "Buying foundation is a nightmare for my skin" and it should come up :)

The UD Naked Skin foundation comes in pretty light shades, & is also a very lightweight foundation. you can seriously barely tell you're wearing foundation.. sometimes I even forget, ahah.

you can always buy a white skin base to mix with your foundation to make it more pale.

I'm very pale and I've used KVD's lock it tattoo foundation, manic panics, tartes, UD naked skin, MUFE HD, and sephoras foundation. They all had my shade and some had paler.

Lots of brands are catering to pale skin now. And manic panics foundation is very very pale but it's a bit heavy.

You could try diluting it with a moisturizer and see if that helps

Girl, I totally understand. I'm so so so light and I always have a hard time finding good foundation choices, especially with the right undertones. The best foundation choices I have found are: Makeup Forever HD, Amazing Cosmetics, and Jane Iredale. I've also found that Benefit's oxygen foundation and Bareminerals also has good light skin choices depending on your undertones. Hope this helps!

I'd recommend using a bb cream for summer. I am also very pale and I know how tough it is! I personally use the Maybelliene cover stick in white and layer the lightest possible shade over it for summer. It's easy, simple, and because bb cream is so light and not super pigmented you can easily find a very light shade

I agree with Alyx T and Lauren H. All of the brands they mentioned all have lighter shades, especially Illamasqua. I don't know if they still make it but Origins also used to make some foundations and other face products in a shade called "cloud" that was perfect for someone that is superrr fair. They have some of their stuff at Sephora but not their whole range usually so I would go directly to their own site and look.
