Store bought products for oily skin?

Ok so I pretty much have combination skin. My face is really dry and hard if I don't put any moisturizer on. But when I do decide to put some on my face gets really greasy, not to mention my forehead. Whenever I take a picture with my friends you can see my shiny forehead in the picture which is really gross! Please help me find some good products that actually work for combination skin. Also not to be rude but please no suggestions of home remedies because I prefer just buying a product. I want a product that makes my skin feel smooth and not dry or greasy but hydrated and refreshed. Not to forget having that product that leaves my forehead picture perfect lol. Thanks for taking the time to hear my rambling! :D.

Rimmel London stay matte works quite well. it's more thick-ish, like a mouse and it blends very well to the skin giving a matte finish and flawless look, I love it :)
Elf flawless finish also works well for me and it's my everyday foundation but it must be set with a powder to give the matte finish

It's a really unique product that helps control oil. I have it and love. Keeps my t-zone matte (but without that powder, cake-y look).
