There are incredible health benefits when taken orally. However, due to the acidity it can wear on the enamel of your teeth if used undiluted. I rake it with 1 cup warm water 3 tablespoons of ACV and 1 tsp of agave syrup. I find its easier to get it down if it's kinda warm.

This can be really good for helping lose some weight. Drink a glass of water before each meal and when doing so add about 2 tablespoons of this to your water. It speeds up your metabolism and is kind of a negative calorie thing because you don't gain weight from it, only lose.

And I wouldn't take it before bed because at night I will take something like yoghurt or cottage cheese or something with protein to feed my muscles during the night, and ACV would just burn fat.

Before going for this make sure you don't have any intestinal issues such as acid reflux or diverticultis. The acidic nature of this will cause further damage.

Acv is used to treat reflux... so who knows...
I know an old lady who uses it for everything... like the father in my big fat greek wedding, with the windex.

It does taste horrible. Super strong. My doctor suggests mixing with cider. I took a shot of it alone and omg haha. And maybe heating it up a little too.

Yes! It has many benefits which have already been mentioned. I started drinking it diluted with water once a day like 2 or 3 months ago and I can already tell that it's making a difference. I couldn't stand the taste at the beginning, but believe me, you'll get used to it pretty quickly :)
