Blackheads help please!

I have so many blackheads on my nose varying in size (the largest is a little larger than a pinhead). I've had them for a few years but never really thought to get rid of them, until now. I thought they'd go away on their own, being the naive girl I am haha:) I do exfoliate 1-2 times a week with Liz Earle facial exfoliator. I have dry-sensitive skin, with an oily nose and forehead. Does anyone know how to get rid of them, like scrubs, masks, DIYs, creams, etc? I'm in the UK if that helps, but we have brands such as Jergens, Aveeno, Yes To..., Palmers, Elemis, Biore. Thanks xx

So I had this same problem I started using a face cleanser can purity by philosophy and it works so well
