I saw someone post that hair cut the other day, it is so adorable! But wow is that a change! In all honesty, I cut my hair shorter than needed when I donated, and I hate short hair, if your used to doing cute braids, ponytails, and buns, you might want a longer cut. Where are you located?

That's where I got the photo :)
I don't do much with my hair ^_^ I work on a farm so I don't worry about it.
I live in Michigan ^_^

Grow it until the back touches your behind. Then cut it the length above. ^^

I read somewhere that to donate you needed (on average) to cut 6 inches of hair off

I don't know much about organizations that do this in the US, but you can just Google "hair donation" and the name of your state and you will find plenty of options :) Every company has different policies on the required hair length (mine had to be 22 cm), and whether or not they accept dyed hair or not. Once you know the requirements for the organization you plan to donate it to, you can decide how much you want to give and how long you want to grow your hair before you make the chop. Kudos to you, it's a great thing to do and not many girls have the guts! :)

I am donating my hair at the end of the month! You need at lest 10 inches to donate it, and the 2 I recommend is locks of love and Pantene beautiful lengths. Would you like to know how you donate? It seems a bit odd how they do it but my friend does it every second year so it's trustable.

Thank you girls :)
I know how they do it for locks of love but I've heard the a large percentage of the donated hair does not go to what it's donated for. So I do not trust it.
I would like to know more about Pantene beautiful lengths though :)

You do the same thing for Pantene beautiful lengths as you would go locks of love.
