About three months ago I decided to ditch my natural dirty blonde and dyed my hair a really dark almost black shade of red. Now that my natural hair is growing out, I realized that the color faded a lot from its original dye. Does anybody have any tips or products to maintain the color?/:

Touch it up, redye it.
as for maintaining the color:
• keep it out out hot water
• don't use as much heat
• do not expose it to water for an excess amount of time, just to wet wash and rinse. (Use cool water)
• buy shampoo & conditioner for color treated hair (I used riveting reds when I was red, you can get it at Sally's)
