I have that same pic lol. And yes it would be appropriate. While your hair is damp put it in a fishtail brsid overnight and in the morning gently take it out v.

Braid your hair before you go to bed and it should turn out kinda like that depending on your hair and how you did the braid

Yeah, braiding your hair is the best option but don't do it to tightly or else you'll end up with crimped hair aha. You can also try sea salt spray which is available in most shops or have a look on YouTube to make your own.

Try pigtail braids. It always works for me :)

Braid your hair before bed while it is damp and it will look gorgeous! You could scrunch some beach spray in your hair the next morning after you take the braids out.

Not your mothers has a texturing shampoo and conditioner that works wonder, as does their beach babe spray. You can try getting a triple barrel curler too.

Okay, I'm like totally in love with beachy waves, I have my hair like this everyday, and honestly I don't do much,- follow these three steps
1-when you get out of the shower, don't brush your hair (it's not as gross as it sounds!)
2- don't blow dry, wait for it to naturally dry
3- as your hair is still wet, but not soaking, take the ends of it, and scrunch them up. Do you get that? Like take the ends of your hair in sections and bunch them up.
^^^That probably doesn't make ANY sense!

And I shower before I go to bed, so I sleep on my waves, wet or dry. I don't put my hair in any braids or ponytails while I sleep when I do this. Then in the morning I very softly brush them out.

Try doing a four strand braid before you go to sleep, and do a couple of them.

The braids work great but there are a lot of things that could go wrong when doing them like you hair still need up being wet in the morning so they fall out , also frizz and the ends of the braids are kind of ugly so I recommend a deep waver look up bed head deep waver it works amazing
