Makeup help💓 (high school)

I'm going back to school soon and I'm going into the equivalent of freshman year but in the UK and I'm only allowed to wear foundation and mascara so light makeup. Does any one have recommendations for a good foundation and/or mascara? Thankyou :)

I really like Covergirl Lashblast waterproof as my first coat, then I use Maybelline plush mascara as my second coat and bottom lashes.

The Maybelline SuperStay Better Skin Foundation is brilliant, I use it on a daily basis and it's only £9. Also, I'd recommend the Maybelline rocket volume express and mega plush volume express and I think there only like £7-£9
