Cellulite can only be reduced by eating only unprocessed healthy foods and getting regular exercise. Plus keeping really hydrated all the time. Even then you may still have some. Most people do. Even very thin people can have it. I really feel that if caffeine does do something, it would be so minimal you would hardly notice it. I have heard that dry brushing helps though I think as it stimulates blood flow. But can't say for sure if that works. It sucks I know! :(

If olive oil and coffee grounds could get rid of cellulite everybody would look amazing. This method always interested me. How is it even possible that scrubbing the top layer of many layers of your skin will get rid of fat that's embedded deep within the skin

Aimee and Cass are spot on. Once on the body that's it. There is no cream on the market that gets rid of it. Only temporary fixes that minimize its appearance but nothing to permanently remove it. Toning up the affected area will reduce its appearance. I'm a skinny mini and I have a small cellulite on my butt. Doing squats on the daily in addition to working out has done wonders for me.

Nothing can get rid of cellulite once it's there it's pockets of fat under the skin you can be skinny ,big doesn't matter you can work out all you want caffeine can stimulate the collagen and deep tissue massage can move the fat around to fill in the pockets and give the appearance of smoother skin but the effects are temporary.

All the other ladies are spot on. You'll drive yourself mad trying to get rid of it. It will be easier on you to embrace it :)
