It's been 2 months since my doctor prescribed me Clindamycin phosphate solution and Tretinoin cream.025% for my acne. They have worked wonders on my skin! I'm pretty much clear, except for some acne scars left. I'm left however with very dry and tight feeling skin. My regular moisturizer just isn't cutting it. Do you have any suggestions for a moisturizer that is for dry skin? And that preferably won't cause break outs?

The Moisturizing Cream is great too but for acne the Lotion may be better.

Your skin is beautiful! When I had dry skin I would use Clinique dramatically different LOTION. Meant for dry skin. The bottle was over 25 dollars I think, & it has lasted 7 months before I stopped using it, & there's probably a couple months left! So really worth the money. It worked better then CeraVe for my skin. & as another lady mentioned, Rosehip oil! It's oil's essential fatty acids, help improve skin tone, texture and pigmentation, so if your having problems with the scars(that I can't even see on you!!) this will help with that.😊

Not trying to bash on Lauren's comment but the Clinique burned the crap out of my skin when I was the same medicine you are on. My face looked like it was sunburned once I put it on and it made me feel like my skin was peeling. I normally love Clinique but I steer clear of their skin care products and I'm not the only one. Just thought I would mention that...

Lisa, some people are just allergic to Clinique, no matter how ridiculous that sounds (they're supposed to be super hypoallergenic). My mom's allergic, but I never had any problems with it and I had topical antibiotic prescribed also

I'm not allergic. I use a lot of Clinique products (eye makeup remover, foundations, concealers, blush, etc.) and have tried their cleansers and I was fine; but that moisturizer irritated the hell out of my skin when I was taking the same acne treatment Cinthya is! But no, I'm not allergic to Clinique.

I was just telling her to be aware and to try a sample because I have read reviews of the same thing happening to other people.
