Ok so my hair is naturally black, I'd like to dye it the color of the picture below. How can I do that? Will I need to bleach it first or can I just dye it? what would be the next dye to use??

I wanted to do this color :) I have naturally darkish brown hair and wanted a hint of purple, the color barely showed up though :( I didn't bleach it, but maybe it was just the dye.. Lol.
