Use raw honey! I have AWFUL acne and it has worked miracles!! Put it on your forehead and let sit for 15-20 mins (you should see results within 4 days) trust me the redness will be gone! (Idk about the dryness though so I would use a light moisturizer every morning and glob on a more concentrated one before bed) hope this helps!

Your skin is dehydrated not dry use a hydrating toner and the proper cleanser for your face.. I would recommend dermalogica the clearing skin wash is awesome
