Your skin is dehydrated. Drink lots of water and apply a cold wash cloth to burning areas. Aloe Vera cream/lotion is always a recommendation. Don't use makeup ie foundation or powder because it won't let your skin breathe

Something that use to always help me is putting a wet cold wash cloth on it first and then applying aloe Vera!:)

Aloe Vera... Also, I heard somewhere that ice water and vinegar can help cool it down. It worked for me:)
