When doing a bleach bath/soap cap, does the shampoo NEED to be clear? Or is it okay to use anything? Cause I picked up head and shoulders apple scented shampoo and it's light green. :/

I've used the same head and shoulders before with soap caps. It's best if it's clear but any will do. Are you removing color or trying to go lighter? If you're just trying to remove color, using the shampoo alone or dish soap can take the color out. If it's veggie dye (I know you've dyed your hair pink) a bleach bath can push the dye further in and make things worse.

Removing color, so that's very good to know! Have you tried the vitamin c powder method? I was wondering about that to remove it aswell.

I have! And it really works. Definitely get the powder and don't just crush up tablets though or it smells sooo bad lol. Michael James on YouTube has a good video on it. When I had turquoise hair I turned it mint in 2 days with three vitamin c washes. I put it in for an hour each time though. It can be really drying though so definitely do hair masks and use oils afterwards.

Add a little conditioner as well it will help with damage no matter what your hair will become atleast a little damaged but the conditioner helps quite a bit I am a cosmetologist and I always use bleach shampoo and conditioner in all my soap caps.

Also adding a protein treatment like aphogee helps as well.
