Does anyone know if the wet n wild coverall cream foundation is water, oil, or silicone based? And the neutrogena healthy skin foundation?
And can I mix cream and liquid foundations even if they don't have the same base?

I think they're both oil based if it doesn't say oil free

Its both water and silicone based..its made up of mostly water but lots of silicone as well.
